Today, I'll walk you through an end of year inventory. I've done this exercise for many years as this process helps me to take stock of what happened in the past year and mentally prepares me for the year to come. This time of year lends itself to reflection. I'm just going to walk you through my step by step process.

We Need To Think Big, Bigger, Biggest!
Amanda, one of my students in my Persuade to Profit program, asked me how to know when it's time to let a project go or make a transition in your career or business.
We need to think bigger, think ahead, see what's coming down the pike, and then act accordingly.
When you do this process, you have to be able to adapt in the moment. Maybe you need to let certain projects go, maybe you need to let certain dreams die, because they just don't make sense anymore. This skill set is important to have in your toolbox.
Listen in for the four steps to transition your career from where you are now to where you want to be.

Many of us are in the process of reflecting on the year, and we have a lot to celebrate. I know I have many reasons to celebrate this year. You may be realizing that while you had all these lofty financial goals, you may have missed your mark. Maybe you're realizing that you've been repeating old patterns and didn't make any progress.
In this episode, I'm going to share a transformational money story with you.
This is the story of my coaching client, Elisa. She went from being a struggling activist to negotiating high-dollar deals. I'm sharing this fantastic story because Elisa's story like this is the epitome of economic transformation - the same transformation that is available to you. I want to show you what's possible, and I'm going to break down the four steps Elisa took to get paid tens of thousands of dollars to speak at major universities.
At the time of recording this podcast episode, Elisa has informed me that she has closed a $20,000 speaking deal with a major university, and she also has her first-ever paying clients, rehiring her to do a series of workshops for these trauma survivors.

In this episode, I'm going to break down and explain what I do when I'm moving through the hiring process. Full disclosure: I have experience working in an HR capacity as a recruiter at my last job.
When you've had a negative work experience such as bad management or bad employees, you need to make a conscious effort to keep your experience separate and not let this shadow all future interactions.
Remember to come from a place of abundance and make the decision to move forward and grow. Take action to invest in your company to make your dreams and goals a reality for you and your business!

Many people have inquired about my confidence and how I achieved this level of confidence. I'm excited because I feel like this is a vital topic. I'm going to demystify this whole concept of confidence and show you how to get more confidence.
Confidence comes with emotional maturity. Even when dealing with trolls, rejection, and the negative actions of others, I can still find my way to my journey by setting priorities in my life, saying no to others, and reframing failure.
