Is the wounded feminine running your business and your life? If so, you'll want to listen to this episode because this is part I of our how to be a feminine business owner series (and still kick ass with sales).

The wounded feminine persona isn't about sex or gender; it's about the feminine energy both males and females have in their energy fields. Specific characteristics are some feminine and some masculine. So let's start here with some examples.

Even though both men and women can have male or female energy, women tend to have more feminine energy. Generally speaking, it's where we tend to feel good and more fulfilled.

Now for most of us, we have what is termed the injured feminine instinct. This came about when the patriarchy viewed femininity as dangerous or harmful, mainly because they feared our power (did you hear that, ladies, our POWER!) And if you think you have to wear a dress or put on makeup to be feminine, then you think of physical features, not energetically. Femininity isn't wearing a pretty dress or lipstick or having long lashes. Being feminine means you have feminine energy qualities such as being fun.

The injured feminine instinct does not serve us, so let's go to the whiteboard to talk about those behaviors, and you can determine whether or not you're being run by a wounded feminine instinct.

Listen in to discover this episode’s stories and takeaways, including:

  • The types of wounded feminine energy
  • Traits associated with these energies
  • How they can derail your business and personal life

Are you ready to level up your daily game? Great! Read on to find out more about time management strategies for women entrepreneurs, specifically managing your calendar, because many of you out here are not managing your calendars very well. So let's talk about it!

Ladies, we're running real businesses, so we must value our time. Many of us have been letting our calendars run us instead of us running our calendars, so here's how you can change that around to make your time work for you.

Managing Your Time to Build Your Business

To build a business you want, you want to ensure you're running your calendar. I don't want you to make the same mistake I did by getting into a few bad habits with time management when I basically let my calendar run my life instead of running the calendar.

I've seen this happen with women business owners that have teams. When you let your time run you, it keeps you broke. You need to stick to your calendar to get ahead in your business.

Listen in to discover this episode’s stories and takeaways, including:

  • How to time block
  • Prioritizing activities for your work day schedule
  • Creating boundaries around your work and personal time
  • How to take responsibility for your time management

Why Selling on Direct Messaging is Important for Small Business

So let's talk about why selling in the DMs is so crucial because I'm seeing a colossal mistake that women service providers and coaches are making. So many women feel that they can post on social media, and the sales will come flooding into their message box.

Listen in to discover this episode’s stories and takeaways, including:

  • How to be engaged on social media
  • Why you should focus on the sale but not hard sell
  • The steps to take when talking to a new prospect on social media

Are you tired of talking to all the wrong people on your sales, consultations, and discovery calls? I think we've all been there. If you're not talking to the right people, it might be because you're unsure how to qualify leads.

So let's dig in and talk about how to qualify your leads so that you're talking to the right people!

Why Qualify Leads?

Let's get into qualifying leads and why this matters. Number one, you are not meant to work with everyone. You're meant to work with a specific group of people - your niche market. Number two, you don't wanna waste your time talking to people who aren't a good fit for your services.

Qualifying leads is a skill set that many people haven't developed. So when it comes to qualifying, there are two questions that you need answers to Does this person have a problem that I can help them solve, and can they pay me?

Listen in to discover this episode’s stories and takeaways, including:

  • How to qualify leads
  • Why you’ll want to use an application to qualify leads
  • Using diagnostics to qualify leads
