For the past two decades, Fabienne has been a business mentor to thousands of women business owners, as the founder of boldheart.com. The Bold Heart Business Program is based on her experience and has created a model that predictably helps you grow your revenue from five to six figures consistently. Her program also teaches you how to leverage your six-figure to seven figures.

Fabienne Fredrickson is the author of the new book, The Leveraged Business, which I have absolutely devoured to find out more about scaling. She started scaling her business as she soon hit a roadblock with time. “I could not grow because there was no more time and no more of me to go around.”

Meet Fabienne Fredrickson

Fabienne Fredrickson’s passion and purpose is being a catalyst for self-employed women to make the greatest impact they can while being handsomely rewarded. The Boldheart Business program results in tens of millions of dollars for its members. Fabienne has created a model that can predictably help you grow your revenues from five to six and seven figures a year!

Creating Processes, Activating, and Scaling to Success

After scaling, Fabienne was able to double and triple her business, earning seven figures in 2008. At this point, she only works about two or three hours a day while maintaining multiple seven figures.

Listen in to find out why your success starts with a positive shift in mindset and how you can leverage your business to grow to the next level.

You’ll also learn:

  • Which activities lead to exponential growth
  • Why you’ll want to bump up your self-worth if you want to grow your company
  • How to support the feminine and women in business
  • Creating activators to support your business
  • Goal setting and providing value for your clients

I’m excited to have another kick-ass saleswoman on board today, Caitlin Doemner. Caitlin is one of my sales trainers who I absolutely love! I recently completed her Referrals on Demand class, which was fabulous for so many reasons! I'm always excited when I find another woman who's really good at sales, which is why I had her as my feature guest on a recent episode of my podcast.

Meet Caitlin Doemner

After receiving her MBA from Biola University, Caitlin Doemner launched a sales management company. Working with some of the most prestigious coaches in their industries, including Deepak Chopra, Ali Brown, Mastin Kipp, and Fabienne Fredrickson, Caitlin has generated over $11M in new revenue for its clients in eight years. In addition, she has closed over $2.5M in coaching services in less than 12 months.

She is the author of multiple books, including “The Unseen Sales Machine” and “Sell with Heart.” After realizing the coaching industry needed more transparency, she launched BookofExperts.com and BookofExperts.TV - two referral networks and a media company that gives transformational leaders such as coaches and consultants more visibility and consistent referrals.

Changing Your Mindset and Transformation

She emphasizes that to change your mindset, you’ll need to make space in your thought process. “When you are holding sacred space for transformation,  the act of selling is changing their life and you guys need to own that at a gut level.”

Listen in to find out why Caitlin chose sales for a career, how phone calls work better to close deals, and why you need to change your fear mindset.

You’ll also learn:

  • How to charge what you’re worth for your services
  • The importance of opening a channel for wisdom
  • Why surrendering is a big part of landing your sales

Mike Michalowicz, author, entrepreneur, and angel investor, shares his story of losing all his financial assets fifteen years ago..

“I lost all my money because I was completely ignorant of what made an entrepreneur successful.”

As a result, Mike lost his home and possessions; but still had his family.

Meet Mike Michalowicz

Mike launched three multi-million dollar companies and has been awarded the NJ SBA’s Young Entrepreneur of The Year when he was 26. He sold his first company to private equity and his second firm to a Fortune 500. Mike is the author of Fix This Next, Clockwork, Surge, The Toilet Paper Entrepreneur, The Pumpkin Plan, and Profit First, which were translated into 20 different languages. He is a former small business columnist for The Wall Street Journal. Mike is an active partner in multiple companies, including an American manufacturer, a business growth consultancy, an augmented reality tech firm, and a certification organization for accountants, bookkeepers, and business coaches.

Do Sales Cure All Business Issues?

“At first we have to realize what sales are.” Sales create cash, but sales alone are not sufficient. “Sadly there's some pundits who say sales cures everything. And that is total bullshit.” The point of sales is to establish a runway for profit.

Listen in to find out the value of behavioral intercepts and why more sales mean an increase in your work obligation.

You’ll also learn:

  • Why sales won’t cure all business money issues
  • How to bake profits into your business
  • Why you shouldn’t always spend money on capital expenses
  • The goal of having an efficient business
  • The Four D’s and how you can make them work for your company
