We believe in working smart instead of spending time working unnecessarily hard. Our mission is to help entrepreneurs build more sustainability in their lives. Listen to my favorite marketing tools to help streamline your marketing process!
Why Sales Are the #1 Priority in Your Business
In reality, sales are everything in your business, and you don't necessarily need to do a ton of marketing to get sales. But marketing definitely helps sales as they're meant to work together.
Marketing is important because if people don't know who you are, you don't exist. You could be the best at what you do, but if nobody knows you exist, who cares, they're not gonna pay you!
Being Smart About Your Marketing
We want to get strategic and smart with our marketing. This is not about throwing spaghetti against the wall; you need a specific strategy to attract people to you, and I'll share a couple of tools to help you do that. You'll need a streamlined process to make landing sales and onboarding new clients easier so you can be effective and consistent.

You may already know that not everyone is comfortable with sales, but what if I told you that the reason you're not comfortable with sales is that you believe a bunch of myths that aren't true? Stay tuned because, in this video, we're going to break down sales myths that keep you broke and stop you from achieving your money goals inside your business!
Did you know that it takes, on average, about three years of consistent content on YouTube (assuming you have the keywords right) before you can gain decent SEO traction? Now, suppose you're exclusively using YouTube for your advertising. In that case, that's potentially tens or hundreds of thousands of dollars in revenue you lost because you were waiting for your YouTube channel to pop off!
Instead, use your time more effectively by learning how to prospect, go into the marketplace and put yourself in front of your potential clients to generate sales.
And most businesses need both inbound and outbound sales. But, when you're just getting started, your sales will primarily be outbound because no one knows who you are. We help you create your own follow-up strategy in Persuade to Profit, so if you're new to the business, come check it out!

Since many people think that when they lower their prices, their offerings are actually easier to buy. However, from data and experience, we know that offering lower ticket prices creates the exact opposite effect. And suppose you're interested in geeking out on some of the data behind high ticket sales. In that case, I highly recommend the book Influence: The Psychology of Persuasion by Robert D. Cialdini.

Are you just starting your business, or are you looking to grow in 2022? Then listen as I share my top business essentials.
We're gonna be diving into my top essentials, so let's get started with number one, which would be my book recommendation. The top book recommendation for business really depends on what stage of business you're in.
If you're a beginner, this book is helpful. Sell or be Sold by Mr. Grant Cardone. I was recently on a podcast interview with another female sales trainer, and we agreed on this book - it's perfection when it comes to understanding sales, which you need to have a functioning business.

Let's say a lead reaches out to you in a DM on Instagram, and they really want to work with you and what you have to offer. So you get on the phone, and everything goes great.
But then They tell you to send an invoice, and you hear crickets because they don't pay. You find out later that they want to move the project back to next quarter or next year and that you should stay tuned. I've heard this scenario so many times, so I'm gonna teach you how to turn leads into clients.
Tip #1: Ask for the Sale
This may seem like a duh moment - No shit, you need to ask for the sale! However, you'd be surprised at how many women business owners I speak to every week who are not asking for money. Instead, they go through a sales call and wait for the lead or the prospect to take the lead.
Here's the thing - the lead is waiting for you to take the lead. You need to close the deal. The responsibility is on you to close. Give them payment plans, send them the invoice and ask for a credit card.

Money is a very emotionally charged topic, and if you don't know how to handle the topic of money, speaking with a potential client about how much your charge or closing the sale can trip you up because you're centered around your emotions when a prospect tells you they can't afford your services. Then you lose the sale.
Find out what types of money mindset shifts you can implement in your business to ensure that this scenario doesn't happen in your company. Then, learn how to stay in the right mind and increase your sales.
Your Money Mindset
You may not be aware, but much of what goes down in your sales start between your two ears. People get tripped up in sales because they are not sold on themselves. So the first action item you can do to become more confident in selling is to list your wins.

You've probably thought about using LinkedIn for business. You have wondered how to make money on the platform, especially when your message or inbox is full of messages. Get ready because I'm gonna be sharing the best LinkedIn outreach script that will make you money today!
Why Spray and Pray Messaging Doesn't Work for Creating Sales
The spray and pray method pulls up a random list and sends everybody the same generic message. You can't do that if you want to close sales. With sales, you need to learn how to be strategic, so you don't waste your valuable time. Who is your target audience? Who do you need to talk to? Who do you help?
LinkedIn now has this cool feature called sales navigator, which helps you pull up specific target audience lists. So if you don't have a sales navigator account, I would recommend getting one because the search filters can pinpoint your target audience, so you can dial down to who you want to send your message to. Then you can customize a message based on your filters.

after my discovery call? I've got you covered because I'll show you step-by-step how to follow up after your successful discovery call with your new lead.
Different Ways to Ask for Your Sale in Your Follow-Up Discovery Call
Scenario number one is you did ask for the sale. You've sent them the invoice that is still unpaid, and you're not sure why they aren't moving forward. They are nowhere to be found.
You have to follow up with this type of potential client consistently. However, you'll need different follow-up avenues, and you want to focus on urgency because urgency closes sales!

If you're ready to start taking on paying clients, but there's a phone call standing in your way, you'll need to learn how to get past that anxiety and make that discovery call!
Picking up the phone and calling can be challenging for many people, but if you can get past the fear of the phone, you can run discovery calls which can result in sales.
Are you ready to learn how to close more sales with discovery calls? If so, stay tuned! I am on a mission to help you close more deals and make more money.
Ask Focused Sales Questions in Your Discovery Call
The most prominent mistake people make in sales is they're doing a lot of talking and selling but not listening. Remember, in sales, you are here to solve people's problems. Some of the questions you'll want to ask are probing questions.
Probing questions are questions you ask when you're not sure what the other person is thinking or you need more information about what they're telling you about their problem. For example, I would ask a question about how the person is getting leads right now? This way, I can better understand their process. Remember, in sales, you should be doing more by asking questions and listening.

Are you ready to hit your sales goals for 2022? I bet you are! Get ready because I'm about to walk you through exactly how to set sales goals and targets!
When you go big on your goals, you start asking better questions. In addition, you're more likely to experience expansive growth.
Set Big Sales Goal Targets
You'll be ready for seven figures when you get to six figures. So I always encourage people to set big targets to plan ahead, ask better questions, and make better decisions based on the end game.
Because the most significant mistake people make is that they only think about short-term goals. I did this for years. How do I pay my bills? Can I get through the month? When you start setting targets like a CEO, you have to shift your mindset and start thinking more about your long-term success and the vision you want for your company.

You've probably heard that course creation is a fantastic way to generate income, but before you jump in and create your course, find out the exact strategy that I use to create my popular Persuade to Profit program, which has generated over $800,000 in sales!
Create an Online Course in Which You Have Experience and Results
Before you create a course, you want to be mindful to make a course only if you have experience and results on the topic. For example, don't create a course if you've only read a book on the subject; that's inauthentic and won't make for good course content. Instead, ask yourself, what results do I have for myself or other people? If you can answer these questions, then that is the material for building a course!

After reading the Four Hour Work Week by Tim Ferris, Tyler Wagner decided to drop out of college and start his own journey. Being a student with over $80,000 in debt, he didn't have the resources to attend big conferences. Instead, he wanted to go for coaching. Six months later, Tyler contacted event organizers asking for a free ticket to their event. Almost every 100+ events gave him a ticket to their conference. On one occasion, in particular, Mastermind Talks, he met Tim Ferriss backstage.
On His Book, Conference Crushing
After attending these events, Tyler wrote his first book, Conference Crushing - a 70-page guide on networking in events. Going from a dropout to best-selling author, the people who doubted Tyler would make it after becoming a college dropout were now paying attention.
At this point, Tyler was getting paid to speak on stage. So he also started his own tribe, Authors Unite. "I started out with one-on-one coaching that was a low ticket item. At first, it was great." Then his time became minimal with global clients when he realized he hit the ceiling. So Tyler decided to create online courses to scale his business at high-ticket pricing for their book marketing services.
